1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site, contacting us, or hiring us for roofing or remodeling services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or our services. Quotes, proposals, and invoices may include additional terms—they’ll control if there’s a conflict.

2) Who we serve

We provide residential roofing, bathroom, and kitchen renovation services in selected ZIP codes within the United States. Service availability depends on crew scheduling, permitting, material availability, and safety constraints.

3) Estimates, proposals, and scope

• Free estimates: Unless stated otherwise, estimates are free and valid for 30 days.

• Scope: The written proposal describes the exact work, materials, and exclusions. Only what’s in writing is included.

• Hidden conditions: If we discover rot, mold, structural issues, code problems, or other hidden conditions, we’ll issue a change order with revised pricing/timeline before proceeding.

4) Scheduling and access

• We’ll give an estimated start date and duration; weather, permitting, inspections, and supply chain can shift timelines.

• You’ll provide safe access to the property, electrical power, water, restroom access (or portable facilities if agreed), and a place to stage materials.

5) Materials and substitutions

We source materials specified in your proposal. If a listed item is unavailable, we may suggest an equivalent or better-quality substitution at the same price; changes require written approval.

6) Payment terms

• Deposit: A deposit may be required to reserve materials and dates.

• Progress payments: Invoices may be scheduled by milestones or percentage of completion.

• Final payment: Due at substantial completion unless otherwise stated.

• Late payment: Past-due balances may incur a late fee and interest as allowed by law. We may suspend work for non-payment.

7) Insurance claims (if applicable)

We’re not your insurance company. You’re responsible for your policy, deductible, and approvals. We can provide documentation to support your claim, but we don’t guarantee insurer coverage.

8) Permits and inspections

Unless your contract says otherwise, we obtain standard building permits for our scope. Permit fees and third-party inspection fees may be line-itemed. Homeowner association approvals, zoning variances, or architect/engineering fees are your responsibility unless expressly included.

9) Warranties

• Workmanship warranty: We stand behind our workmanship for the period stated in your contract (typical range: 1–10 years depending on scope).

• Manufacturer warranties: Roofing and product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms (registration may be required).

• Exclusions: Abuse, neglect, acts of God, alterations by others, or failure to maintain are not covered.

10) Site conditions, safety, and protection

We’ll maintain a safe jobsite and reasonable cleanliness. Some noise, vibration, dust, and temporary utility interruptions are normal. Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

11) Change orders

Any change to scope, materials, or selections must be approved in writing with pricing and time impacts. Verbal requests aren’t effective until documented.

12) Cancellations and refunds

Custom-ordered materials may be non-refundable once ordered. If you cancel after materials are ordered or work has begun, you’re responsible for actual costs incurred, restocking fees, and labor performed to date.

13) Photos and testimonials

With your permission, we may photograph projects for quality control and marketing (no street numbers or identifying details). You can revoke consent at any time for future use by emailing us.

14) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the work or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wide Wing LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or failure to disclose known hazardous conditions at the property.

16) Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (payments, financing, scheduling). We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

17) Dispute resolution; governing law
